Are Medik8 products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, Medik8 is a 100% cruelty-free brand. The vast majority of our products are also vegan-friendly, with very few exceptions clearly marked on our ingredient lists.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Is it safe to use Vitamin A while pregnant?
As a precaution, we recommend avoiding products containing Vitamin A (Retinol or Retinal) during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We suggest switching to our Bakuchiol Peptides as a plant-based alternative.
